Welcome, my first post!

So... I am easing back into training after my 2nd stress fracture and my 4th major injury in 3 years—(1) mtn. biking accident with concussion, broken rib, separated shoulder, blood clot in 2005,  (2) pelvic stress fx in 2006, (3) blood clot #2 in 2007 (have factor V), (4) tibia medial plateau stress fx in 2008. 

The plan for 2009 is to stay healthy and run quick like a bunny. This blog will follow that plan.
